Good afternoon,
I am writing to all of you to inform you of an important change to all Microsoft subscriptions effective immediately. It has been brought to our attention here at Rustin Tech that all Microsoft licenses must be migrated to what Microsoft is calling the "New Commerce Experience." This switch means that many licenses will face price increases. These price increases will be updated on your March invoices today and we are working hard to migrate all licenses today. To keep the prices at their lowest we will be migrating all clients to an annual commitment with Microsoft. All of the price changes are listed below. If you would like to continue with Month-to-Month Microsoft licensing and understand that you will face OVER a 15% increase in licensing fees than the per annual licensing model, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
From Microsoft:
New pricing
On March 1, 2022, we will update our list pricing for the following commercial products: Microsoft 365 Business Basic (from $5 to $6 per user), Microsoft 365 Business Premium (from $20 to $22), Office 365 E1 (from $8 to $10), Office 365 E3 (from $20 to $23), Office 365 E5 (from $35 to $38), and Microsoft 365 E3 (from $32 to $36). These increases will apply globally with local market adjustments for certain regions.
We are working hard to change all clients over today so we ask for your patience as Microsoft has provided no way to automate this process and has a severe delay in their licensing services due to every Microsoft 365 customer being forced to change licensing immediately.
As a reminder, if you or anyone in your organization has any emergency concerns please email [email protected].
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
